As avionics have become more sophisticated with the evolution of the Garmin 430/530, 1000, 600, and Perspective systems, the need for an understanding of their operation, and pitfalls is warranted.

- Sequencing v. Suspend function
- Approach Briefings
- Approach Modes
- Flight Director – friend or foe
- AP and FMS Limitations
